Sara Davidson has extensive experience in heritage conservation and building surveying, currently serving as Director at HCUK Group since September 2013, where roles have also included Associate Director, Senior Heritage Consultant, and Heritage Consultant. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Conservation Officer for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, focusing on compliance for listed building consents and conservation area assessments, and serving as an Intern Building Surveyor at the Royal Household Property Section, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance decisions and project management. Sara holds a Master of Science in Historic Building Conservation from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from the University of Reading.
