Jonathan Pearson-Barnard Assoc CIPD has a wealth of experience in HR roles, starting as a Supervisory Assistant at Newcastle City Council in 2011. Their journey led him to various HR Assistant roles at different companies such as Nuffield Health, Lifeline Project Ltd, and Grassroots Wholesale Foods Ltd. Currently, Jonathan holds the position of HR Case Manager, HR Project Manager, and Employee Relations Advisor at HCRG Care Group. Jonathan has completed their CIPD Qualifications and holds a degree in Environmental Management from Northumbria University.
