Steve Beir is a seasoned executive in customer experience and digital transformation, currently serving as the HCL Commerce Customer/Client Experience Executive at HCLSoftware since October 2023. Previously, Steve held significant roles at Gorilla Group as Client Principal and at Capgemini, where responsibilities included Principal and Senior Manager in Digital Customer Experience. With extensive experience dating back to Circuit City, Steve has consistently demonstrated a strong background in omni-channel retail strategy, project management, and ecommerce operations. Steve’s educational credentials include a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, complemented by diverse studies at Purchase College, SUNY, Syracuse University, and Scarsdale High School.
