Rita Patel is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in enhancing recruitment strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Head at HCLSoftware since September 2018, Rita has successfully established the talent acquisition framework for the organization, resulting in significant growth across 40 countries. Previously, as Talent Acquisition Lead at Visa, Rita implemented innovative strategies to fulfill hiring needs for the Bangalore center. Rita's career also includes a role as Senior Manager of Recruitment Delivery at IBM, where leadership spanned recruitment excellence across the Middle East and Africa. Earlier positions include managing HR functions at Raza Microelectronics and providing recruitment services at Career Network. Rita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University.
