Amol Dighe is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Lead Software Architect I at HCL Software since November 2017, Dighe previously held the position of Advisory Software Engineer at IBM ISL, where contributions were made to the IBM Unica Campaign Product. At BMC Software, from May 2009 to December 2015, Dighe led the development of the Atrium Reconciliation Engine component. Earlier roles include Technical Lead at Ness Technologies, focusing on high availability systems for Brocade's FME product, and Software Engineer at Symantec and Veritas Software, working on the Veritas Cluster Server. Dighe holds an MCA in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BSc in Statistics.
