Mindy Wright has a diverse background in corporate services and restaurant management, currently serving at HCI Group, Inc. since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager at Gator's Cafe & Saloon from December 2016 to September 2020, Restaurant Manager at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. for a brief period in early 2016, and Special Events Sales Manager at Specialty Restaurants Corporation from May 2010 to February 2016. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Florida, earned between 2005 and 2009, and attended the University of Florida from 2004 to 2005.
