Tu Phan, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in healthcare management and operational excellence. Prior roles include Controller/Interim CFO at HCA Healthcare, where Tu implemented impactful strategies that enhanced patient satisfaction and financial performance, and Interim AVP at Memorial Hermann Health System, overseeing strategic initiatives and IT upgrades.
