Tara Stampley serves as Litigation Counsel at HCA Healthcare since September 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Attorney at Legility since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Attorney at Kreisberg Law, PC for a brief period in early 2021 and as Associate Attorney at King & Ballow from November 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included representing copyright owners in dispute resolution and engaging in complex intellectual property litigation. Additional experience includes supervising e-discovery teams at Counsel on Call (2014-2016) and serving as a Law Clerk at Lyon & Phillips, PLLC, focusing on contract agreements and legal documentation. An early legal internship was completed at Walmart's Corporate Office, handling legal compliance and legislative research. Tara Stampley earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry with a focus on Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University.
