Nicola Gillis has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA since May 2015. Prior to this role, Nicola held the position of HR Director at Care UK (Residential Care Services) from March 2012 to May 2015. Earlier in the career, Nicola was the Group HR Director for Blacks Leisure Group PLC from November 2007 to March 2012 and served as HR Director at Esporta from January 1995 to September 2007. The cumulative experience reflects a strong background in HR leadership across various organizations.
