Lee Rice has extensive experience in the culinary and management sectors, currently serving as Tech Installation Lead II at HCA Healthcare since January 2022. Prior roles include Senior Kitchen Manager and Culinary Director at Pucketts Restaurant from March 2019 to June 2022, and Executive Chef at Scout's Pub from May 2016 to March 2017. Lee held management positions at various establishments, including General Manager at Barefoot Charlie's, Silver Dollar Saloon, and Thompson Station Market and Grill, and Kitchen Manager at Pucketts Restaurant. Leeās career began in restaurant management with a position as 1st Assistant Manager at Hooters Nashville, where responsibilities included staff training and inventory management. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with a minor in Business Management from Harding University between 1997 and 2002.
