Nicholas Noblet, Ph.D.

Nicholas Noblet, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicholas is currently the Director of Production Operations at hc1, where they oversee the operations related to product production. Prior to this, they worked as a Scrum Master at hc1, focusing on facilitating agile development processes.

Before joining hc1, Nicholas worked as an Engagement Manager at DeveloperTown, where they managed client engagements and ensured successful project delivery. Nicholas also gained experience in the healthcare industry while working at Healthx, where they served as a Partner Solution Analyst and Solution Analyst, working on solution development and analysis for healthcare partners.

Nicholas has also worked at Aetna as a Product Owner, where they managed new member products and utilized various systems for project management. Additionally, they worked at iTriage, LLC as an Implementation Consultant, collaborating with clients and engaging in project management activities.

Their early career included roles at the University of New Mexico, where they served as a Graduate Project Assistant, working on diverse IT projects and research reports. Nicholas also gained experience in the political and economic sector through an internship at the U.S. Department of State, serving at the U.S. Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands.

Nicholas Noblet, Ph.D. completed their education in a chronological manner. Nicholas first pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, graduating in 2008. Subsequently, they went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Communication from the same institution, completing the program in 2011. Nicholas then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Communication at The University of New Mexico from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nicholas Noblet has also obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they obtained the certification of Scrum Master from Mountain Goat Software. Nicholas also holds the certifications of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained from The Scrum Alliance in October 2014, as well as the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2020.
