Thorvald Kingbo is a seasoned professional in customer solutions and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Customer Solutions at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing customer-facing applications such as CRM and web solutions. Previously, Thorvald held the position of Head of Customer Engagement and Team & Delivery Manager for the Salesforce CEM at Capgemini Danmark from May 2017 to September 2020, leading the Salesforce team and managing relationships with larger clients. Thorvald's career also encompasses roles as a Senior Consultant at both Capgemini Sogeti Danmark A/S and Capgemini Denmark, as well as a Project Manager at Arriva Danmark. Thorvald holds a Master of Science degree in Technology & Games from IT-Universitetet i København, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
