Olga Litvin-Mendzebrovska has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Olga currently serves as the CEO & Co-founder of HBM, a European company specializing in building new products for startups and supporting digital innovation for mature companies. Prior to this, Olga worked at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE, where they held multiple positions including Head of People Office and Business Development Director. Olga also served as the Head of QA Group Function and QA Director in Itera Nearshore, contributing to various corporate initiatives and driving business development. Olga's earlier experience includes working as the Head of QA Department at Finport Technologies and holding various roles at SoftServe, where they gained expertise in QA management, project management, and testing. Olga also worked as a QA Manager at Delaero, Inc.

Olga Litvin-Mendzebrovska earned a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University Lvivska Polytechnica, graduating in 2002.
