Maksymilian Nowak, MBA, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in permitting and project coordination within the public infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Project Manager / Senior Permitting at HBK Engineering, LLC since September 2015, Maksymilian oversees all projects related to the City of Chicago's Department of Transportation, successfully managing over 10,000 permits and facilitating the timely completion of diverse projects. Prior to this role, Maksymilian held the position of Chief of Staff for the City of Chicago from March 2008 to May 2015, where significant responsibilities included managing staff, engaging in business development, and collaborating on community-focused economic development initiatives.
