Irshad Mohd Hashmi has over 15 years of experience in project management and construction. Irshad Mohd Hashmi. PMP, PMI-RMP, CM LEAN, currently works as a Project Director at HBK Contracting Company W.L.L in Qatar, where they are responsible for various projects including road and infrastructure works, pipeline projects, and building constructions. Prior to this, Irshad worked as a Project Manager at Mfar Constructions Pvt. Ltd in India, where they managed high-rise buildings, substations, and infrastructure projects. Irshad Mohd Hashmi. PMP, PMI-RMP, CM LEAN, also has experience as a Senior Construction Manager at Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG in Oman, where they successfully completed projects related to sewerage treatment plants and reservoirs. Irshad holds various certifications including PMP, PMI-RMP, CM LEAN, Leed GA, CSPM-IAPM, Mem-LCI Qatar, ASCE, SSYB, and SFC.

Irshad Mohd Hashmi's education history begins in 2017 when they attended the Institute of Project Management and obtained a degree in Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2021, they furthered their education at the same institute and received certification in RMP (Risk Management Professional). In 2022, Irshad attended the Associated General Contractors of America and completed a certification in CM Lean Construction. Additionally, they obtained a LEED GA (LEED Green Associate) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Irshad is also a Certified Senior Project Manager (CSPM-IAPM) from the International Association of Project Managers.

Furthermore, Irshad has obtained additional certifications including a Certificate of Management - Lean Construction (CM-Lean) from the Associated General Contractors of America in November 2022.
