Carly Lester is an experienced marketing and product management professional with over a decade of expertise in the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving at HBI Laleham since May 2013, Carly has held multiple roles, including Marketing & Innovation Manager, Trend & Innovation Manager, Innovation Product Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to this, Carly worked as a Product Manager at LF Beauty (UK) Ltd from January 2010 to May 2013, and began a career at Acheson & Acheson as an Assistant Product Manager/Product Development from October 2002 to January 2010.
