Mindy Solano is an experienced professional in member and community relations, currently serving as the Manager at HBF since May 2012. Prior to this role, Mindy worked as the Human Resource and Safety Manager at Viscotec Automotive from May 2010 to May 2012, and as a Business Relations Representative at N.C. Division Vocational Rehabilitation Services from February 2009 to May 2010. Additionally, Mindy served as the Human Resource Manager at La-Z-Boy from May 1992 to July 2007.
