Justin Poulos is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as the Divisional Vice President at Hudson's Bay Company since June 2021, overseeing the development process for various adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects. Prior to this role, Justin held positions at Structure Tone as an Account Executive and at Brookfield Properties, where responsibilities included development and construction management for one of the largest mall owners in the U.S. Previous experience also includes project management and financial oversight at Shawmut Design and Construction, as well as a summer internship at Harvard University. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina and previously studied International Business at Suffolk University.
