Moatz Saad, Ph.D., P.E., is a Senior Traffic Engineer at HBC Engineering Company since September 2019. Prior to this role, Moatz served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida from August 2015 to August 2019, focusing on traffic safety, simulation, and big data in transportation. Earlier experience includes work as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Alexandria University from June 2012 to August 2015, where Moatz taught traffic engineering, transportation planning, and railway design while conducting research in transportation engineering. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and a Master's Degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University.
