Keith B. DeLuca has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Keith B. started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Publix Supermarkets in 1978 and worked there until 1990. From 1990 to 1997, they served as a Store Director for Eckerd Drug Co, where they managed the top-performing drug store in Florida.

In 1997, DeLuca transitioned to the field of transportation engineering and joined the Florida Department of Transportation as a Senior Pushbutton Project Manager. Keith B. held this position until 2005 when they joined Metric Engineering as a Senior Designer, ITS Specialist, and Senior ITS Inspector. DeLuca then joined Atkins in 2010 as an ITS Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2015.

In 2015, DeLuca joined HNTB as a Senior Project Manager II in Engineering, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in managing transportation projects. In 2019, DeLuca joined Lochner as an Associate Vice President, specializing in National TSMO Practice. Keith B. held this position until 2020 when they joined K Del Consulting LLC as President.

DeLuca's most recent role, starting in 2020, is with Parsons Corporation as a Principal and Regional TSMO Director. Keith B. is responsible for leading transportation systems management and operations in the region.

Currently, DeLuca is set to join HBC Engineering Company in 2022 as the Director of Transportation Engineering.

Keith B. DeLuca holds a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Engineering Technologies from Daytona State College, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they pursued a Cornell Home Study Program - Honors in Business/Communications at Cornell University from 1988 to 1989. Keith also obtained certifications in Intermediate Work Zone Safety - ATTSA from ATTSA in January 2010, Corning TS LAN 300 from Corning Incorporated in August 2008, Corning TS LAN 200 from Corning Incorporated in March 2007, FIS Fiber OTDR Training Certification from FIS in February 2006, CTQP Final Estimates Level I and II from the Florida Department of Transportation in April 2005, CTQP Asphaltic Concrete Paving Inspection from the Florida Department of Transportation in July 2000, CTQP Portland Cement Concrete Testing, Placement and Control from the Florida Department of Transportation in July 2000, CTQP Drilled Shaft Field Inspector L1 from the Florida Department of Transportation in October 1997, and IMSA Level III Electrician from IMSA-International Municipal Signal Association (no specific dates for this certification). Keith B. also holds a certification in Project Management from PM Express and has undergone PMI/PMP training.
