Raymond Scott, CSSM, CHST, serves as an Instructor/Consultant at HB NEXT since November 2013, specializing in regulatory and compliance services through the CIT3 methodology. With extensive experience in project management and construction, Raymond held the position of Director of Project Management at New South Commercial Properties and was President of Scott Development Services, providing evaluation and management services in the Greater Atlanta area. Previously, Raymond has worked as a Safety Specialist at Global Safety Source Inc., Construction Manager at DCT Construction, Superintendent at The Conlan Company, and Project Superintendent at Metric Constructors Inc. Moreover, Raymond contributed as a committee member for the F&T Committee for Cobb County Schools and has been involved with the BSA as an Assistant Scoutmaster since 1973. Raymond completed a BA in Business at Georgia State University and pursued studies in various engineering disciplines at Georgia Institute of Technology.
