Megan Briggs is the Chief Legal Officer at Hazen and Sawyer since October 2024 and serves as an Advisory Board Member for Entertainment 2 Affect Change, an organization that connects content creators and mission-driven investors. With a strong background in ethics and compliance, Megan held the position of Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Xylem from February 2017 to September 2024, overseeing global programs and legal support for acquisitions, cybersecurity, and more. Prior to that, Megan was General Counsel for Sensus International and held various legal roles at Sensus, including Managing Attorney for North America and the UK. Early in the career, Megan practiced as an attorney at Sharpless & Stavola, P.A. Megan holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BS in Bioethics and Mathematics from Davidson College.
