Claudia Reich Floyd is a seasoned professional in portfolio management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Hazelview Investments since January 2012, Claudia Reich Floyd previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at Timbercreek Asset Management for a short period in early 2012, managing global strategies in listed real estate. Prior experience includes a role as Portfolio Manager at 4IP Management / Sal Oppenheim, where Claudia Reich Floyd was instrumental in establishing the real estate securities platform, and at Citigroup Property Investors, overseeing a diversified portfolio of property companies. Earlier in the career, Claudia Reich Floyd worked as a Senior Analyst at EII Capital Management, contributing to global asset management and investment strategies.
