Sergey Dreger is a software engineer with a diverse background in various roles. Sergey began their career in 2009 as an Embedded Software Developer at Intellectual Radio Systems, where they worked until 2013. Sergey then moved on to the role of Java Web Developer at IRS from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on web application development using JSP, Servlet 2.5, EJB 2.0, and Pure Javascript. Sergey then joined Cyphrax in 2015 as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Java (Spring) and JS (React), and working on complex security applications development and protection using HASP keys and embedded hardware. In 2017, they transitioned to Proxet as a Java Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Sergey is a Software Engineer (Java + Go) at Hazelcast, starting in 2021.

Sergey Dreger earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1999 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
