František Hartman has extensive work experience in various roles within the software development industry. František began their career at IBA CZ in 2010, where they worked as a Liferay consultant and later as a Java Developer. During this time, they gained experience in designing and developing enterprise applications, as well as customizing Liferay Portal.

In 2013, František joined SeedCloud as a Java Developer. Here, they led a team of developers and was responsible for architecture decisions, code quality, and meeting deadlines. František also evaluated new technologies through proof of concepts and translated business requirements into technical tasks.

After working at SeedCloud for four years, František joined GraphAware in 2017 as a Senior Consultant and Developer. In this role, they provided expertise and guidance to clients while also developing software solutions. František remained with GraphAware until early 2020.

Most recently, in 2020, František joined Hazelcast as a Senior Software Engineer.

František Hartman pursued their education at Masaryk University in Brno. From 2006 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Informatics. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in the university's Master's degree (Mgr.) program in Information Systems and completed it between 2010 and 2011.
