Matthew Sinner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew started their career as a Legal Specialist at EMSEAL Joint Systems Ltd. in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association. From 2013 to 2015, Matthew was self-employed as a Contract Attorney. In 2015, they joined NightOwl Global as a Project Manager and later took on roles as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Discovery Consultant. During their time at NightOwl Global, Matthew helped global corporations navigate enterprise data for legal, security, and compliance teams. Currently, Matthew Sinner is working at HaystackID as a Senior Analytics Consultant, a role they started in 2021.

Matthew Sinner's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Saint John's University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science in 2008. Matthew then went on to attend Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has also obtained several certifications. In May 2012, they obtained a Minnesota Attorney License from the State Bar of Minnesota. Matthew also acquired certifications in various legal and technology-related fields. Matthew became a Relativity Analytics Specialist in November 2017, a Relativity Review Management Specialist in August 2017, and a Relativity Certified Administrator and Relativity Expert in June 2019. Matthew also received certifications as a Brainspace Certified Analyst in November 2019 and a Brainspace Certified Specialist in April 2020. Their most recent certification is the Reveal AI Certification, which they obtained in October 2021.
