Will Tasho is the Global Head of Talent Management at Hays. Previously, they were the People Development Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, a Talent Management Consultant at Wickland Westcott, and an Account Manager at Getfeedback and Robertson Cooper Ltd. Will has over fifteen years of experience in talent management and human resources. Will holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Exeter.

Will Tasho is a business coach who has a MSc in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester, a BSc (Hons) 1st Class in Human Psychology from Aston University, and a Applied Psychology (Certificate of Higher Education) from Birkbeck, University of London.

Their manager is Debi Wolfe, Chief People Officer. Will Tasho works with Roop Bhumbra - Head of Talent Development, Katja Ash, CHRL - VP, People & Culture, and Neha Malhotra - Head of HR.
