Tatiana Braz Garbossa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations across various companies in Latin America. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director Latin America and HRBP Leader Americas at Hays since May 2018, Tatiana has held multiple senior roles including Director of HR and Leadership Development and HR Manager for the region. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Procter & Gamble, Talent Management Expert at Roche, and Senior HR Consultant roles at CTPartners and PageGroup. Tatiana possesses strong expertise in performance management, change management, and organizational culture, supported by a Master's degree in Business from the London School of Business Management and a BBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
