Timothy Heinbaugh has over 17 years of experience in maintenance management and supervision, currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Haynes International since September 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Manager at G&S Metals, overseeing a team of 10 and managing the maintenance budget, and supervising maintenance operations at Heartland Aluminum, where responsibilities included maintaining various furnaces and equipment. Additionally, Timothy held positions at Ft Wayne Foundry and Wabash Alloys Tipton, focusing on supervisory roles across multiple maintenance areas and managing complex equipment in both union and non-union environments. Timothy has education from the Goldratt Institute in Engineering/Industrial Management and has studied Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology at Ivy Tech Community College.
