Scott Downs has extensive experience in information technology and leadership roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Haynes Furniture Company. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at Grand Furniture. In their previous tenure at Haynes Furniture Company, they held the position of Vice President of Information Technology / CIO, where they oversaw IT operations and infrastructure for a large consumer retail operation. Scott has also worked as a Program Manager at Symphony EYC, where they collaborated with various companies on logistics and product planning projects. Scott has also held the position of Director of Information Technology / CIO at American Furniture Warehouse, Inc. and Vice President of Information Technology at Storehouse, Inc., where they implemented cost-saving measures and managed IT teams supporting multiple retail locations. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Information Services at Jackson & Coker, handling business operations and managing a small IT team. Scott Downs has a strong background in IT strategy, system integration, and emerging technologies.

Scott Downs attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1981 to 1982. Scott then pursued their education at Southern Polytechnic State University from 1982 to 1984, studying Electrical Engineering. In 1986 and 1987, Scott attended the United States Army Aviation for Aviation studies.
