Sebastiaan Tito is a finance professional with extensive experience in direct lending and special situations at Hayfin Capital Management LLP, where Sebastiaan holds the position of Principal. Prior to this role, Sebastiaan was an Associate in the same field. Sebastiaan gained valuable investment banking experience at Barclays Investment Bank, serving as an Associate and Analyst in leveraged finance from August 2017 to August 2021, and as a Summer Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group in 2016. Earlier, Sebastiaan interned in corporate finance focused on M&A at ING Corporate Finance and worked as a Teaching Assistant in corporate finance at the University of Amsterdam. Sebastiaan holds degrees from the University of Amsterdam, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.
