Dhinusha Munien (M.Inst.D) currently serves as Legal: Group Company Secretary and Global Corporate Governance at Hayfin Capital Management LLP. Prior to this, Dhinusha worked at Arendt Services S.A. and Calulo Investments Pty (Ltd) as a Legal Advisor and Assistant Group Company Secretary. Dhinusha is also a Member of Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA). With a background in corporate law and governance, Dhinusha has experience in various sectors including energy, private equity, real estate, and funds. Dhinusha holds a Bcom Law/LLB degree from the University of Pretoria and has furthered their education with a Postgraduate in Business Management and an ongoing MBA.
