Greg Bartholomew is a commercial real estate broker with over three decades of experience in the greater Santa Barbara area, currently serving as a Partner at Hayes Commercial Group since January 2010. Bartholomew has a background in office and industrial sales and leasing transactions and previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Pacifica Commercial Realty from 1990 to 2010. In addition to their professional roles, Bartholomew served as a Board Member for the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2023 and was a Member of the Board of Trustees at Laguna Blanca School from August 2014 to September 2019. Bartholomew earned a BA in Economics from Bates College between 1986 and 1990.
