Yismairy Mariel Franco is an experienced professional in supply chain management and planning, currently serving as a Senior Planner/Buyer at Hayco since November 2018, overseeing planning activities and demand analysis from raw materials to final delivery. Prior to this role, Yismairy held multiple positions at Eaton from September 2014 to November 2018, including Operations Quality Coordinator, responsible for ensuring quality compliance, Production Planner, focused on preparing mid- to long-term production plans and customer satisfaction, and Customer Service Assistant.
