Alaina Ferriero has a diverse work experience that includes various roles in the hospitality and event planning industry. Alaina started their career as a Banquet Coordinator and Dining Services Supervisor at the Hawthorne Hotel, where they quickly advanced to roles such as Catering Sales Manager and Director of Dining Services & Events. Alaina also worked as a Senior Sales & Account Manager at NXTevent and as an Event & Catering Manager at Pellana Prime Steakhouse/Daniella's Cafe. In addition, Alaina has experience in real estate, working as a Realtor at Compass and as a Real Estate Agent at Seaside Realty. Alaina has also served as an Event Director for the Gathering of Friends Fundraiser and as a Wedding Planner and Household Manager for a private family. Alaina is known for their strong organization and time management skills.

Alaina Ferriero pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality at Salem State University from 2008 to 2011.
