Theresa Caylor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compensation strategies. Currently serving as Manager of Plant HR Business Partners at Haworth since July 2024, Theresa drives HR initiatives across US plants. Prior to this role, Theresa held positions at LG Energy Solution as Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits Manager, and at Systems Control as Talent Acquisition and Compensation Lead. Theresa's career also includes a long tenure at Schneider National, Inc. where diverse roles included Human Resources Manager and Technical Recruiter.
