Paul Street is an experienced legal professional with a focus on the building materials and construction services industry. Since October 2016, Paul has served as Of Counsel at Hawley Troxell, specializing in business transaction negotiations, corporate compliance, and governance. Paul has also been a Senior Advisor at Healthwise Incorporated since 2019, concentrating on transactions and corporate governance. Previously, Paul held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. from December 2009 to December 2017, as well as General Counsel at Building Materials Holding Corporation from 1999 to 2017. Paul began a legal career as a Partner at Moffatt Thomas from 1974 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA in History and Economics from the College of Idaho.
