Prior to this role, Amy held various positions, including Transaction and Legal Manager at A10 Capital, overseeing legal analysis and due diligence for loans in commercial real estate. Previous experience includes paralegal roles in business entities, civil litigation, and estate planning at Eberle, Berlin, Kading, Turnbow & McKlveen and Seiniger Law Offices, among others. Amy holds a Juris Doctor from Concordia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boise State University, along with a certification in Paralegal Studies.
