Lin Tian is a bond lawyer currently serving as an Associate at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP since April 2021. Prior experience includes a Summer Legal Internship at the Law Offices of Dennis Stubblefield, where Lin drafted a memo on employment issues and conducted research for a law review article on insider trading. Additional internships at Immix Law and Lewis & Clark Law School's Small Business Legal Clinic involved drafting contracts and preparing trademark applications, respectively. Previous roles include a Judicial Externship at the Federal District Court in Oregon and volunteer work with Asian-American Homeownership Counseling, Inc. Lin Tian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Lewis & Clark Law School, a Master's in East Asian Art History from UCLA, and a Bachelor's degree in English Studies and Art History from The University of Hong Kong.
