Sam studied at Manchester School of Architecture and received a distinction from the Atelier Continuity in Architecture. His thesis project attempted to blur the boundary between performance and reality, exploring the relationships of architecture, theatre and the everyday in an historic district of Milan.
His interests lie in contextualism and regional identity. Sam has worked on a number of education, residential and office buildings across the North West, and he has experience in combining complex functions into a coherent and efficient building design.
Outside of the office Sam enjoys loud guitars, graphic design and being best mates with his dog.
