Charlie Perriam is an experienced architect currently employed at Hawkins\Brown since September 2020, where responsibilities include serving as project architect for an initiative aimed at delivering approximately 150 new affordable homes in Salford, along with involvement in the regeneration of key town centre sites in Oldham. Prior to this role, Charlie gained diverse experience across multiple architectural sectors, including education, residential, and healthcare, while at Studio North as a Part II Architectural Assistant, contributing to high-profile projects such as a new SEN school and a workplace campus in Manchester. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson Ltd, Protec European Events, Delia Teschendorff Architecture, and Stitch, the latter of which involved significant contributions to large-scale housing projects in London. Charlie holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, both from The University of Sheffield.
