Jennifer Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Clinical Officer and Head of Marketing at Therapy Partners Group since June 2020, Jennifer has held various leadership roles including Senior Regional Director of Operations. As a Business Coach and Consultant at Blue Phoenix Growth Consulting, Jennifer specializes in business growth strategies across marketing, sales, and talent acquisition. Jennifer is also the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Phoenix Roast House and a Co-Founder and CEO at Bodycentral Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Additionally, Jennifer is engaged as a Visual Artist and Photographer at Blue Phoenix Visual Arts. With a strong educational background that includes degrees in Physical Therapy from the West Virginia University School of Medicine and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T.
