Mili Wiseman has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in beverage management and general management roles. Currently serving as the Beverage Manager and Task Force General Manager at Hawkers Asian Street Food since March 2020, Mili previously held multiple positions at bartaco, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager, from September 2016 to March 2020. Mili also worked as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant from February 2015 to September 2016, and in various roles at Seasons 52 Restaurant from November 2005 to February 2015, such as Staffing & Training Manager and Service Manager. Early in the career, Mili was a Corporate Trainer/Bartender at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from October 2002 to November 2005, focusing on staff training and service protocol.
