Erica Lake is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Notable positions include Head of People Operations at Ghost Atomic Pictures and Senior HR Business Partner for North America at Hawk, both on a fractional basis. Erica is also the Founder of HRInnovated and served as Senior Director of Human Resources & Operations and Director of Human Resources & Operations at INTELITY. Prior to these roles, Erica held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources & Operations and Human Resources & Operations Manager at KEYPR. Erica completed education at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from September 2000 to June 2003.
