Roland Decman is an experienced professional currently serving as an ATG/RRA Operator at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd since July 2023. Simultaneously, Roland holds the position of Sales Manager at Mikro Hračky, a family-owned company active in the toy market since 1997, which imports and distributes modern toys under exclusive licenses for various brands. Roland co-founded Nordics IO, where contributions as both Project Manager and Product Manager focus on building a platform that connects enterprises with trusted software engineering vendors. Previous roles include Project Manager at IO Outsourcing and volunteer work with the Tatranský dobrovoľnicky spolok, contributing to public works in the High Tatras. Roland holds an Engineer's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Technical University of Košice, achieved between 2015 and 2020.
