Sean Clark is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. since October 2019, Sean previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hawaiian Telcom from October 2014 to October 2019. Before that, Sean was a Partner at Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel from September 1999 to September 2014. Sean earned a JD in Law from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa - William S. Richardson School of Law between 2006 and 2009 and a BS in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 1993.
