David Brauer, PMP, is a seasoned professional in project management and information technology with extensive experience spanning various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Training Engineer at Hawaiian Electric Company since May 2012, David plays a pivotal role in coordinating project management standards and providing training through the Enterprise Project Management Office. Prior to this, David held multiple positions at Referentia Systems Inc, including Data Manager for the Joint Cyber Operations program. David's career also includes significant roles at Pacific Resources for Education and Learning as Director of Information Technology, WorldPoint Interactive as Director of Engineering, and earlier positions at PICHTR, CSC, and McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Corporation. David holds a Master of Science in Information and Computer Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Colorado Boulder.
