David Koseki, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and construction, currently serving as an Estimator and Project Engineer at Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company since August 2003. David Koseki previously worked as a Civil Engineer at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command from January 2019 to January 2020 and held the position of Engineer Officer with the United States Army Reserve from 1997 to 2008, where responsibilities included serving as a Platoon Leader. Prior to these roles, David Koseki was a Staff Engineer at URS Corporation from 2000 to 2003. David Koseki earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed secondary education at Henry J Kaiser High School.
