John Knorek serves as a Board of Governors member for the Hawaii Employers Council and The Pacific Club, actively participating in various committees. Knorek is the Managing Director and Employment Law Counsel at Torkildson Katz Herherington Harris & Knorek, where representation of businesses and management executives in employment and wrongful discharge law has earned recognition in prestigious legal directories. Additionally, Knorek has held leadership roles with Mid-Pacific Country Club and various organizations, including serving as Chair for the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and Hospice Hawaii. Educational credentials include a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA and MA in political science, philosophy, and public administration from the University of Cincinnati.
