Erin Ferraro currently serves as the Design Studio Manager at Havyn Homes, LLC, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Erin accumulated extensive experience in sales and customer service, beginning as a Sales Associate and advancing to Store Manager at RadioShack from March 2011 to February 2013. Erin then took on the role of Member Service Representative Supervisor at Regional Federal Credit Union for a brief period in 2013, followed by a decade as a Sales Professional at Olthof Homes until November 2023. Erin holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management, both from Indiana Wesleyan University.
